Pretzel Fudge Bar

Sweet and salty done properly. We get asked about this one a lot at market stalls and it's easy to see why. The pretzel pieces add this satisfying crunch that plays off the soft, melt-in-the-mouth fudge underneath, and the salt hits just at the right moment to stop things feeling too sweet. It's one of those combinations that you think might be a bit of a gimmick until you actually try it. You can have it in milk chocolate for something more traditional, or white chocolate if you want to dial up the sweetness and let the salt do even more of the heavy lifting. Either way, it disappears faster than you'd expect.
