Our handmade fudge is already buttery and rich on its own, so adding chocolate caramel pieces on top feels almost ridiculous in the best possible way. Each piece brings that soft, yielding caramel centre wrapped in chocolate, sitting on top of the fudge and making every bite a little different from the last. Choose milk chocolate for something deep and warming, or go white chocolate if you want that extra hit of sweetness that makes the caramel pieces really sing.
