Dime Fudge Bars
If you're a fan of that thin, brittle caramel toffee crunch, this bar is going to get you. Dime pieces bring a sharp caramelised bite that cuts right through the creaminess of the fudge underneath, and when it's all held together with a layer of chocolate it becomes something genuinely special. There's a lot going on texturally but it all fits together extremley well. It's the kind of thing that's hard to describe but very easy to eat.
Choose from white or milk chocolate coating depending on your preference. Milk chocolate is the crowd pleaser, but white chocolate with Dime is an underrated combination that we think deserves a lot more attention!
