Maltessers Fudge Bar

Maltesers on their own are great. Maltesers pressed into handmade fudge with a chocolate coating is genuinely something to write home about. The honeycomb centre gives a lighter, airier crunch compared to some of our other toppings, which works really nicely against the dense, buttery fudge base. It's indulgent without feeling heavy and it's the kind of thing that tends to vanish quickly in a household. We make these in milk and white chocolate, and honestly both are wonderful. The milk chocolate version is probably the more classic option but the white chocolate gives it this slightly sweeter, almost truffle-like quality that a lot of people end up preferring once they've tried it.
