Rocky Road Milk Chocolate Fudge Bar

Rocky road is one of those things that everyone loves but nobody can quite agree on the right version of. Our take uses a loaded topping of marshmallow, biscuit pieces, and chocolate chunks piled on top of our handmade fudge before the whole thing sets together. It's chunky, chewy, crunchy and completely over the top in the nicest possible way. The fudge base adds something that a regular rocky road doesn't have, that proper slow-made richness that comes from doing things the old fashioned way. Available in milk or white chocolate, both are brilliant but the white chocolate version has become a bit of a cult favourite with our regulars.
